Our Story
Located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver British Columbia. The owners are local and have been apart of the community since 1983. They take pride in their local roots and try and give back to their pet community whenever and however they can.
We understand that the most integral part of being a dog owner is the love and affection we feel for our pets; but also the responsibility and needs that accompany pet ownership. As a pet owner of many animals, we know how important it is to value our companions and that we want to give them oanly the best nutrients and products to promote longevity.
At EZ Dog we want to create an easy transition from puppy to senior by offering natural products without sacrificing that delicious flavor, because after all, nothing makes us happier than seeing our dogs tails wag! Our love for animals and the Vancouver community is what generated and inspired EZ Dog into existence. We are here to stay and to help fellow pet owners along the way.

Requirements
All dogs must be signed up and registered for boarding before attending.
For the safety and enjoyment of all participating members, dogs must be well socialized, people-friendly, and able to play safely with other dogs.
It is our number one priority to maintain a safe and enjoyable play space for our clients’ pets and our staff alike. Aggressive or extremely anxious dogs are disruptive to the group and pose a potential risk. Dogs exhibiting these behavioural signs will not be accepted into our daycare.
Washroom
We asked at your pet has use the washroom prior to his or her appointment.
Timing
We ask if you please show up at five minutes before your appointment time.
Your pet must be picked up at 15 minutes after his or her grooming appointment.
Appointments are recommended 24 hours prior to appointment day.
If you have aggressive pet, we suggest sedation pills to help the process.
Temperament

Evaluation
Each new dog is required to have an evaluation with our team prior to joining daycare or extended stay services. This evaluation helps us confirm that your dog is healthy, has positive interactions with our employees and other dogs, is comfortable in a daycare environment and meets all prerequisites (spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations).
WELL-TRAINED STAFF
Staff learn proper handling, signs, and symptoms of illness, dog expressions, and body language.
METICULOUS ABOUT MEDS
Snacks are available throughout the day and fresh water is constantly available.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring enough food for your pets stay.
If your dog has separation anxiety we encourage you to bring something that smells like home.
