✅ By booking an appointment with us at our dog shop grooming service, you agree to all terms and conditions. We require a non-refundable deposit, per pet, that will go towards the cost of your service. Choose the right service according to your pet’s needs and size to prevent overbooking. Our system allows you to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment time; after that, you will lose your deposit. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you must reschedule and a new deposit will be needed, so please be on time.
Do not book if:
1) Your dog exhibits bad behavior (bites, aggressive tendencies)
2) Your pet is pregnant or in heat
3) Your dog has ticks (no dogs with ticks are allowed)
4) Any dog with medical conditions
5) A senior dog that does not stand on his/her legs
6) Anxious dogs, destructive dogs, and dogs that bark all day are not allowed to stay with us for grooming; please ask about our express fee service.
If you have a puppy between 6-8 months and want a full haircut, we start with sanitary packages for any young puppies. First-time puppy owners should select the mini groom option.
